A boutique consulting firm specializing in scientific marketing, wellness, and innovation, bridging Europe and Asia.

I translate the essence of a brand into messages that are understood and experiences that are felt.

I · VISION

Many brands have something valuable to say. My job is to help them say it in a way that is understood, felt, and remembered.

Laboratories with meticulous formulas that deserve to be understood. Designer brands whose sophistication can be experienced far beyond the pages of a catalog. Hotels and wellness spaces with an extraordinary offering that deserves to be told in its own voice.

There's a gap between what a brand wants to convey and what its customers perceive. That's where I come in.

A brand is what your audience understands, feels, and remembers.

II · WHERE CAN I HELP?

Pharmaceuticals, laboratories, and healthcare.

I turn scientific concepts into clear, honest, and market-oriented messages, with a special focus on women: the language, tone, and information that make them feel understood.

Architecture, design, and lifestyle.

I take brand positioning beyond the product itself: launches, showrooms, events, and collaborations with celebrities and influencers, where every detail tells the same story.

Hospitality and Experiences.

For high-end hotels, restaurants, and wellness spaces, I design the customer journey based on the senses: what they see, taste, hear, touch, smell, and remember.

European Brands in Asia.

I help European brands enter Asian markets and Asian brands succeed in Europe. I adapt their message to the target culture in an authentic way, so that it is understood, accepted, and purchased, while maintaining the positioning they have in their home market. This includes digital and content strategies on local social media platforms, where purchasing decisions are made today.

Translating a brand means finding the words that your new audience already understands.

III · HOW I WORK

Every collaboration is tailor-made. I work on a project basis or on specific tasks: a message review, a workshop with your team, a launch event, or an outside perspective on your customer journey. We’ll define it together, based on your needs.

I adapt to every industry, every culture, and every time zone. And I manage my time carefully: I listen first, think things through calmly, and deliver with care. I always keep my focus on what matters most in the end: ensuring that the strategy translates into results and sales.

Listen first. Think calmly. Deliver carefully.

IV · BETWEEN THE MEDITERRANEAN AND ASIA

From the Mediterranean, with one foot in Asia. I lived and worked in Shanghai for years, running

European design brands to the Chinese market, and I still spend part of every year there.

I understand how to read a mark on both sides.

Between the Mediterranean and Asia, a shared conviction: beauty is also a strategy.

V · ABOUT ME

I'm Paloma, the founder of BONAM.

For fifteen years, I have built luxury brands in fashion, design, and interior design in New York, Shanghai, and Europe. In Shanghai, I led marketing efforts for high-end European kitchen and design brands: I adapted their communications and content for Chinese social media while preserving their essence, and I organized events for more than 100 architects, designers, and media representatives.

I worked for over two years at a celebrity endorsement agency, managing high-profile collaborations between brands and celebrities, and later led my own projects, such as a collaboration in Paris between a brand and a French celebrity. From sales, I learned the lesson that guides everything I do: communication has to translate into numbers.

Today, I add my training in nutrition and dietetics to that background. This combination allows me to approach both scientific information and sensory experiences with the same rigor. I am particularly interested in women’s health, longevity, and evidence-based supplementation.

VI · LET'S TALK

If any of this resonates with what you're building, I'd love to hear from you.

Let's start with an open conversation.
